"Staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Bed in our room was so worn and used. Has the most uncomfortable stay of my life. Homeless people made their way into parking structure and parking lot. One day the pool was so cloudy and dirty looking that we could not use. The one restaurant they have on site is understaffed and the servers were rude and out right mean. If you are looking for a relaxing tropical vacation DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"
