We absolutely loved our stay at Napili Shores! Everything about this place was wonderful—from the beautiful location and ocean views to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to enjoy Maui and felt like a true home away from home. We enjoyed every part of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We would definitely stay at Napili Shores again and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The grounds were beautiful and beach access was wonderful. The rooms seemed clean but our first one did have bugs. The northwestern beach is amazing but a bit far from road to Hana and Haleakala if you are looking to check out these major attractions.

The room and property was very clean! Full kitchen was great as well as outdoor BBQ's in close proximity to the rooms. The pool temp was perfect and pool was very clean. The hotel location was wonderful. So many things to do nearby. A lot good places to eat nearby and good codfee. The may outnof the property is perfect too so you can see the water. Staff is great but you hardly need to even talk to them because everything is great

We had a wonderful stay at Napili Shores Maui! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for our family getaway. We loved being so close to Napili Bay and having easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other parts of Maui. The property had a relaxing tropical atmosphere, the grounds were well maintained, and it was a great place to come back to after exploring the island. We especially enjoyed the ocean views, sunsets, and quiet surroundings. Overall, we had a great experience and made many unforgettable memories here. We would definitely stay at Napili Shores again on our next trip to Maui. Highly recommended! 🌺🌴🌊

A no frills stay but excellent location. Grounds are pretty, rooms and buildings don’t do much for aesthetics but they’re clean (when you arrive...) I really hated that they only clean rooms in between guests. We needed to go to the front desk for towels regularly, and wished our sheets were changed within our 5 day stay. The staff on deck for activities was friendly and knowledgeable, which was super convenient. The location is FANTASTIC. The beach is calm, very relaxing. Great for snorkeling, easy to walk to a nicer resort for dinner. We visited lots of different beaches but nothing beat our little walk from the hotel at sunset.

Want to thank the property for upgrading us to ocean view due to our 35 anniversary, however, it’s very inconvenient to have front desk operating just for the time guests are on the beach. We arrived late Saturday night, requested room service on Wednesday and it was finally done on Friday. That was the only downfall, loved everything else.

The room was cleanand the staff was very nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked good. The views were great but because of the hurricane alot of the sand was washed away so getting to the beach was difficult. There is only someone at the front desk from 9 to 5 so if there's a problem you are pretty much on your own. I made a mistake with my code on the first day and was locked out. Luckily there was a security guard on duty and he let me in. Overall you can tell it's older but the price was decent and there was a very complete kitchen.

Not a bad view, but no direct access to ocean. Has a cliff with rocks. Beach access is further away to the right. Room had ants coming in n out of back sliding door and also small tiny bugs/lice. Which are probably harmless but kinda gross cuz they were even inside the microwave and were resistant to the microwave when on. Overall a good place to stay with two pools and not a bad view, even though we were here during three hurricanes being around, but we were not affected other than big waves and wind/clouds.

Absolutely nice. I love the garden view and once we walked out of our room in the back patio, you can see the beach. The beach is super close and the views were amazing. The condos have a lot of room. Would definitely stay here again
