"The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious but definitely a few areas that could use some attention (paint peeling, tile stained). It would not dissuade me from staying there again however."

Contacted the property owner and Expedia for a refund and the property owner would not refund me. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"This was a nice resort. Probably a little more costly than it should be. Beautiful ocean view. No direct beach access which was kind of a bummer. Game room, Movie Room, Gym, Spa were all nice to haves. Bars by the pools, but not swim up. No real main bar other than in the restaurant…"

"This was the most incredible stay! I cannot even express how incredibly gorgeous and breathtaking the property is; everywhere you look it is mesmerizing. The staff was top notch, the amenities were so great, and the breakfast was lovely. We looked at many resorts in Wailea and I can confidently say that after staying at the Andaz there is no competition. We even ate at the Four Seasons and were not wowed because we just loved Andaz so much! LOL The only thing we didn’t love was the Alfredo...

"Overall a really nice stay at the Wailea. Our room got upgraded to a fantastic ocean view room in the Chapel wing. The pools were fantastic and so much fun with all the water slides. We would always arrive mid to late morning.  The breakfast buffet was not as good as I had hoped. All the baked items (pancakes, waffles, pastries, etc.) were super underwhelming and didn't feel fresh.  One thing really bothered me that I'm having trouble letting go of it. I ordered two drinks at the pool bar....

"We stayed at the Kei lani before and always enjoyed it. Our last trip was good but there was some construction going on and it created a lot of noise in our room. I wish they could have given us a little notice before hand"
