"I arrived after 7pm. 2 rooms booked , 1 not ready yet. The guy said all 4 of u just go to 1 room n we will call when the other room is avail . To which I replied no. Give me a clean room. "The hotel was great! The location is prime, 2-min walk from Magnificent Mile and incredibly close to Starbucks Reserve and Harry Potter store. My only complaint would be the lack of soundproofing on the windows. The view from my room was non-existent (to the side alley and building) but the sounds of the city were very loud. Walls are also paper-thin, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, would consider staying again."
