Check in was easy as well as check out. Rooms could have been cleaner there was dust and some dirt on the walls and ceiling I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation but for a night after a concert I might again. Room service was nice

Not happy with check-in. The lobby has 8 kiosk for check in, none were accepting drivers licensees, after multiple unsuccessful attempts, I was forced to stand in line with 25 patrons waiting to be checked in from a check-in counter staffed with two employees.
