"This was my first time staying at this hotel and my first time in Osaka. It was the first of two hotels on my Osaka trip, and it ended up being my favorite out of the seven or so hotels I stayed in during my two-week Japan visit. I stayed for three nights and paid for access to the lounge on the 17th floor, which was a great place to unwind after long days of exploring the city. I was also able to pay to bring a guest into the lounge, which was perfect since my dad was staying at a cheaper hotel...

"Very clean, amazingly helpful staff. Who always greet with a smile, really easy check in process with an exchange machine downstairs (the exchange rate is worse in the hotel but good for convenience) really reasonable price with easy access to Dottonburi and the subway. Highly recommend "
