"Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! "

Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. Just be aware, when booking through Expedia, that you might be booking a run-of-the-mill room (NOT all-inclusive) without being made aware of the change from a all-inclusive booking. Worked well to go to the nearby Chadraui Selecti Supermarket to get groceries and use the suite’s full kitchen. Bonus to have access to the Royal Sands with unbeatable ocean views!!! "
