I been to the older hotel since 2008. This year they changed brand and its completely new Hyatt near Zhongzhan park. Very convinient with the metro right below the hotel.

Stayed in room 2312 for 8-13 Sep. 2025. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up for her!! Hyatt Centric hotel and Caption by Hyatt hotel stand next to each other. The sign of the Caption hotel catches your attention first and you may miss the sign of Hyatt Centric if you're a new comer as me and my taxi driver missed it. We passed the Hyatt Centric 5meters further and got lost & confused. Google map sucks in China. :((

Good stay in a long time

It was an amazing hotel from the start from C/I they already knew we were related ie my brother had checked in earlier. C/I staff was friendly and they had mentioned that my room was finished and IPed, but my brother's room has not yes been IPed, so my brother and his partner went to go sit down at the bar. The room was suprisingly spacious for myself living alone. Nice table, sofa was amazing to have in the room, big nice king bed with nice blankets and nice electronic sheer and curtains.

地下鉄中山公園駅ほぼ直結なので便利です。 ホテル前の通りが定西路なので食事も豊富です。 龍之夢モールも近く人気火鍋の店もありました。 以前はルネッサンス中山公園が定宿でしたが、設備の綺麗さで今度からはこちらにしようと思います。

チェックイン時間になっても部屋が用意されて無かった。指定された時間に行っても、またまた部屋の準備がされて無く、またまた待たされ、忙しい用意したせいか、部屋中に食べ物の臭いが充満して臭かった。テーブルを自分で拭いたら凄く汚かった… わざわざ良い方のハイヤットを予約したのに残念でした。
