"Hotel was clean and has comfortable beds. The things I did not like: Linen cart was outside my door all the time. The shampoo/conditioner in the shower did not work and the lotion container did not work. Maybe they are clogged. Fresh fruit did not look good. I would stay at this hotel again but I would bring my own toiletries."

"Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! "

"The room was roomier than what I was expecting. Though the bed was comfortable I think they need to flip it because there was an indentation in the middle. The hot breakfast was a nice plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage , waffles..all good. I'd most definitely would stay again"

"Excellent service! Outstanding breakfast buffet included for all that are in the room. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for relaxing! Three minute drive to Gonzaga and right on the river. I'll be back again for sure!"

"There should have been a continental breakfast included in the price since no coffee makers were in the rooms. We booked our rooms for 2 nights but were locked out after our first night. I had to go back to main desk to unlock both rooms on two different occasions! We arrived about 6:30 on a Friday night & ate in the restaurant & had a very nice gentlemen wait on us, he was good & so was the food."
