A beautiful property with quaint gardens within the grounds. Room was for four of us, we had a double bed and a bunk. It was a small room but perfect for us. Bright, airy, and clean with an ensuite shower. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of hot, fresh fruit, cereals with coffee and juices. Would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommended.

The room was lovely but needed an update in the bathroom. There was a really nice seating area that unkempt which was ashame, but they had a larger seating area that was more accessible looking out on to the fields. Unfortunately, we waited over 1hr for our meal and there was a lack of breakfast items on our 1st morning. The staff were very friendly did their best to accommodate.

The staff were excellent and did a great job with a smile regardless of the fact they were short staffed. The room was ok overall, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room which is fine however mould in the grout lines was taking hold, probably due to being short staffed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. (For a third visit)

The staff and owner made our stay memorable, their attention to making sure their customers needs were met, the rooms were very clean, the restaurant menu was very good and was freshly cooked. My friend and I stayed here as Rye was too expensive. Check is a strict 3pm doors shut. The accommodation was ok. Felt a bit tired but good value for money with a breakfast. Beds and linen comfortable and clean - bathroom a bit tired and shower had no pressure. Overall no complaints for the price of the room. Grounds need a bit of attention.
