"The best bit about this hotel was the fabulous restaurant staff. So friendly and chatty. Great food too.

"Great stay - club room had a fantastic view of the Tyne and was very spacious. Parking on site - nice and easy. We also had a couple of complementary drinks when we arrived and a nice full English breakfast before we left.
