"Security during check out on 5/12/2026 around 12pm at the gate and at the lobby were not helpful and rude. We carried our own luggages to our car when it was time to head to the airport."

"We have a mixed opinion about the hotel: On one side, the beach is gorgeous and the hotel staff keep it really clean, much better than the beaches of hotels nearby. Also, some of the staff was wonderful: Graciela was so helpful with us during the checkin and the rest of our stay, making sure we had everything we needed; Ana Zorrilla was wonderful with the celebration of my husband’s birthday at the restaurant; Carmen was so nice and helpful with the cleaning of our room; and Wilfrido was also so special and helpful. The rooms were good and the hotel in general as well. On the other hand, the food was so so, and always running out of things, and the bar was really bad, with very few drinks and also running out of the most basic drinks, even soda. The worst thing is the unsustainability of everything at the hotel: disposable cups, cuttlery and dishes, thousands of straws, etc. So so sad. Above all, those special people made the stay much better. Thanks to them!"
