The hotel room was dirty and some of the staff were rude to me. There is no AC in most places specially in the buffet area. The resort over all it’s extremely large and the transportation it’s a struggle. I would come back to bavaro princess.

Se lo recomiendo un hotel súper lindo,habitaciones limpias y acogedor buena animación gente linda un personal excelente comida esquicita muchas piscinas y muy limpias playa súper linda buffet y personal también en la playa una atención de primera todo el que quiera ir a pasarla en familia con niños es el lugar perfecto I ❤️punta cana pronto regresaré

Very family friendly. Very friendly and smiling staff. A lot of dining options and services to enjoy the stay. A la carte Room service (not included) in delay. Asked for emergency cleaning room service a couple of time due to kid sickness and we had to call different time to see where they were at.
