"The view was clean and smelled good bed was very comfortable the view from our room was perfect the pool was clean the beach area was well kept me and my son enjoyed it. The 24 hour sports bar was excellent and the coffee shop we had a nice relaxing time the activities host was also very pleasant "

Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome! "

"To begin with, the most unfortunate experience was the water in the apartment, it was salty water with a very bad smell, the property needs a lot of improvements, rust everywhere in the bathrooms, utility room, kitchen area, etc, not well maintained at all. very noisy at nights, a lot of young boys and girls screaming around after the club in the property, pool water very cold, security not well organised, very difficult to get in, even after showing proof of rental and conversation with the owner, bad experience, would not stay here again."
