My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. Pool and hot tub were a great temp and never too crowded. Especially love how robes and slippers for kids are provided, just let the hotel know your kids age and they will provide the right sizes. The complementary shuttle service came in handy for going to restaurants outside the main village.The ski valet/locker was great. The lockers are located on the main level of the Pan Pacific Mountainside and are large enough for 4 ski's and poles. No room for boots. I suggest carrying your boots to the lockers and putting on your ski boots there. All staff were great! Only a few small things. - No ability to access streaming services on any of the TV's in the room. Limited to local live TV and paid movies. In this day and age, this should be standard. - The ski locker room does provide commentary towels for drying your ski's however, I found the basket always empty and no one around to ask for a towel. - The breakfast buffet while great, was the same everyday. Scrambled, Eggs, potatoes, sausages, Danishes, fruit and a couple of cereals. Would be good to see a variety from day to day. - We found our room to have a significant draft from the windows and doors. No big deal.

The room was very spacious, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. Room amenities include regular bottles of shampoo, conditioner, handsoap, lotion, body wash - rather than tiny soap bars.The kitchen was well-stocked with multiple plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans, dishsoap, and other kitchen items. Plenty of available hangers. Staff was courteous and friendly.

We had an amazing stay! We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom when we stayed with our 6 month old baby and dog. We were provided a crib as well as a dog blanket, dog food bowl, dog water bowl and dog treats. Thanks for the great service!

Every aspect of the stay at the Pan Pacific was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were kind, welcoming, and helpful in directing me to different locations. They upgraded my room to a suite with a separate bedroom, balcony, and fireplace. The size of the room was equivalent to my apartment in Vancouver. The hotel is close to everything one could need. It is extraordinarily clean and well-equipped.

The room was simply amazing!! Spacious, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix us meals. The buffet breakfast was typical as whats usually offered, although would have prefered better coffee. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to everything. No car needed after checkin. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star is because of the elevator. They have one working elevator of the 2 available during peak season. And, after waiting for ages, we resorted to taking the stairs multiple times, including during checkout (carrying suitcases down the stairs).

Excellent stay on the 8th floor. Kitchen well equipped, pool/hot tub/sauna relaxing and clean and even had a fantastic massage at the spa. Only challenge was the 1 elevator working so we took stairs 50% of the time but didn’t mind the extra steps.

We had a great stay in the end. After having a few problems with the room and being admittedly too defensive and grumpy upon complaining, the day manager Pragya was able to get our problems solved and we had a great remainder of our stay. She had such a great demeanour and was able to diffuse the situation with ease and make it right. This place is having some problems with the elevator but our room was so cozy with the fireplace and the view that we hardly noticed because we didn’t come and go that much. They obviously put in the extra effort to make sure the rooms are clean and guests are comfortable. We were surprised at the quality of the sheets and the bed, and the extra cozy throw blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also notably great.
