"As we expected our stay in Whistler was fantastic. Highlights of the hotel was the heated pool and hot tubs. A huge bonus was the free shuttle that came every 30 mins all day. Staff were friendly and helpful providing trail maps and information on getting around Whistler and the local trails."

"Nice property and staff but the temperature control system was bad. We couldn’t sleep Room was constantly at 27 degrees. Tech checked it out warned us it’s finicky but temperature never came down. Next day when we complained they said because of environmental rules it always shut down when there is no activity, also gave us parking fee waver. For a hotel this calibre they should look in to this issue. I felt like why we paid to be have a sleepless night."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The best part about this hotel is its walkable location right outside of Whistler Village. The hotel was partially renovated and partially dated. The bed linens were extremely rough and uncomfortable and the bed was very firm. The size of the room/bathroom was a bonus. Overall I would give this a 3.5 stars. Oh and the pool/hot tub area was another bonus and very nice."

"Loved the pool and hot tub area. Loved the shampoo etc. loved all the kitchen supplies and full size fridge. Balcony was great. Bed was comfy. Quilt was too heavy for summer so staff brought us a light blanket. Close to some great restaurants. Across from bus stop to village. I would totally stay here again. Washer and dryer is great for long stay or just to dry your swimsuit."

"Always a great stay at this hotel. The staff is not the fastest, but very helpful and accommodating. The menu for the free breakfast is awful, although the coffee was great! The pool was nice, but it could have been a bit warmer, though."

"We had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were no complimentary bottled water and the TV was not a smart TV, which limited entertainment options. Overall, a pleasant stay."
