"I only stayed for 1 night after 3 nights at the palazzo for Phish.i needed an additional day/night to decompress. For the value It really deserves for 5 stars. The hotel is a bit dated. The room was clean & comfortable. THE BED WAS SPECTACULAR. The food court was speny but good. 2 burgers & fries was $50. 2 chicken parm sandw I shes with chips was $50. The sit fown Mexican rest was average food and was even more expensive. THE OMG moment was when I went jnto the gift shop and bout a bottle if diet dew for over 7 bucks. Tpool area is average. The location is good & was easy trip to the airport. The lack of staff for check in was a bit painful with the ipads then over to another machine with a bar code to print upur own keys was cumbersome. The restaurant staff were all super frienfly. Overall NOT a bad place. Like everything you get ehat upu paid for and for a Sunday night rate i felt i got a very good value"

"We came for Disney land but enjoyed the pool, bar, and poppy’s restaurant for breakfast. This has been my most comfortable Disney trip yet. We will be back."
