"The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff. Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. Housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning though it looked like they were close. We found some staff who apologized and said it would be done soon. No big deal for us since we weren't even going to stay, we were...

"The concept and space was clean and as described. However worh it being a newer establishment they still have some bugs to work out. There were issues with power surges when using certain appliances. The response time from service request were very slow. One request we placed was not completed at all but was marked completed in the application. Some od the amenities eere not available. Lastly there weren't clear directions or signage on which entrance or side od the property the rental/hotel...

"It was a very comfortable stay. We used our hot tub a couple of times which was great. So nice to get out of the hot tub and walk right into your room. We didn’t use the other amenities but we were very happy with our stay. 2 minute drive to dinner and fun bars :)."

"A pretty convenient location, close enough to Crater Lake that it wasn't a hassle getting there. The other "campers" were pretty quiet, which we appreciated. The cabin itself was ok, although it could have used a good dusting. It was also pretty warm when we got there... The "Flat Screen" TV was tiny, and basically inoperable without a master's degree in technology. The towels were OLD, scratchy and pretty disappointing (especially after a nice shower). They could really stand to upgrade a lot...

"We have the most amazing experience at Moose Ranch! We stayed in a wagon and were so pleasantly surprised by the temperature control and bathroom in the wagon. The ranch thinks of every detail to make stays super comfortable and fun. Very family friendly, with a game room. Fantastic pizzas available to purchase, a bar, and s’mores kits. Horses on site and we were allowed to pet them. We only spent one night there, but I would go back and would definitely want to spend 2 nights next time....
