"It’s been a while since I’ve been to Mandalay Bay so I didn’t know what to expect. I was there when it first opened. The rooms are clean. The casino was clean. Pools are very nice. Everything in Vegas is expensive so bring a large drink budget if that’s your thing. I did try to get a workout in while I was there and the equipment is limited. Overall great atmosphere with some good restaurants and lounges."

"I would not stay here again, the kiosks you now have to use for check in and out are ridiculous and there is few staff people to help. Once we were checked in absolutely nobody gave directions how to get to or where our room was, it took finding someone to help. The kiosks said my reservation was not found for check in and check out, I had to find someone to help and I told them their kiosks suck and won’t let me check out. Making our room keys also did not work and I had to then get in line...

"When I checked in the front desk, took like 30 minutes to be able to help me find my reservation. It took me asking to speak to a manager for them to be able to help. The hot tub was not even working. It was not heating. They charge you a $55 amen fee for not to work."

"Mid-strip property has easy access to all ends of Las Vegas Blvd. Easy walking to Sphere. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. The LINQ promenade has great shopping and dining options. Don't miss the observation wheel!"

Halfway thru our stay we realized that the large window electric blinds were out of their track - allowing light into the room - once we put them back in their track it was much better - housekeeping should have caught this, yes? Front desk had no US Postage stamps - suggested FedEx store to get one - it would be helpful to have them on hand for guests."
