"Nice suite/room and helpful staff as it pertains to the hotel room stay (helpful concierge, valet, bellhop, check-in). However, the servers, bartenders and hosts at the bars within the casino are terribly rude (Sportsbook in particular!). We wanted to love the property but the staff made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We’ll go back to the Mandalay Bay or any other hotel on the strip - this hotel is too far from everything and not big (or good) enough."

It didn't work several times. there was a real person at the front desk who was able to help, but it was very annoying.
