But not the worse service I have had, the staff was still nice throughout the whole thing no point of getting mad and yelling at them."

"There was a really loud buzzing noise in the green tower building no matter what floor I was on. I had switched my room three times already there was mold in the first room. After switching from the 10th floor to the eighth floor and then to the fifth floor, there was a buzzing sound in the walls that I cannot get any rest in the room because it was so loud."

"The Palazzo is beautiful, and very luxurious! We loved our room with the view of the sphere. Room service took a very long time and my daughter was asleep by the time her dinner arrived. I’d also recommend self parking, it’s much faster than valet! There were some clothes in one of the drawers in our room, which makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I was a bit surprised by the lack of updated outlets for usbc chargers for phones and tablets. Aside from all of that, we enjoyed...

"What you see in the pictures is not what you get. They show you layouts to several different rooms to have you under the impression of what your room will look like. We chose a suite for our Anniversary. We received a very basic suite with no windows in the restroom, and a view of the outside of the strip. We requested a high floor room with a fountain view. Deposits are the same amount as the daily cost plus the resort fees. They ONLY have valet parking unless you park further away and walk....
