"Great location and good place for families. Played pickleball, ate at the outdoor restaurant/bar, and enjoyed the clean comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful but they definitely need more help. There are two pools and only one pool was open to use because of lack of lifeguards. I counted 35 little kids in the one open pool not including the adults and was no way going to get in that water. Maybe set up the second pool as an adult only? Or make sure it is staffed during spring break....

"Check in/check out line is ling most if the time and not enough people working to make the process quicker for guests. I waited 30 minutes in the line just to check in the hotel after a 6 hour flight. Needs to be improved. "
