"The Venetian in Las Vegas was great. Our room was beautiful and spacious and very clean ! It had 2 big TV's, a large sitting room with large couch. The bathroom was very spacious as well. I loved it ! I, however, didn't realize that the snack bar in the room was a "weighted box" that meant if you pick up a snack to look at it, you got charged for that movement !!! I looked at 2 snacks, just to look, and got charged $26.00 for them !!! I didn't consume them, just looked !!! I had to call the front desk to tell them my issue and ask them to refund my charges. They said they would but GEEZ, make a sign BIG ENOUGH to let you know that the box registers the weight of the items and knows when it changes. This new technology got past me !! The hotel / casino was very nice but VERY CONFUSING to find anything. Even the sign on the elevator was incorrect for the floor we were trying to get to. Almost like a "Bait and switch" system."
