"I like the clean room and friendly room service. I don’t like the elevator that is so far from my room and I can hear my next door neighbor talking in the morning and front desk staff not very helpful. We had a missing personal item while staying there. My daughter lost one of her air pods there and staffs called us they found it. We requested to send for us because we already left the state. They requested us to send them a prepaid box or they are not sending the item back to us. So, my husband pay for the box and have USPS to drop it off at the hotel. We never hear back from them or receive the package. No one from the hotel contact us either. 😢😢😢😢"

"I loved that the parking spots were covered, especially with the triple digits weather we had. It was great that they text you every morning to see if you needed any items replenished in the room. I highly recommend staying on the second level if you’re capable of climbing the flight of stairs, because you won’t hear any foot traffic. It was a really nice stay."
