"The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not...
