"Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear."

"The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. You save a few dollars but the staff were unhelpful to the point of being antagonistic. The manager actually seemed to enjoy answering even the most reasonable request for accommodation with ‘sorry we can’t do that because of policy’ even if this meant he’d lose future business. Playing this kind of short nickle-and-diming game is ill advised when your hotel is seldom fully occupied."

"Very non-maintained, staff was rude non-helpful and did not seem that they wanted to be there to check you in very short My room was on the fourth floor. The door would not close properly. You had to bang into it or slam it for it to shut and lock the room smelled like must an old wet carpet and towels very musty smelling it stinks"

"We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11."
