"⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was infested with roaches. They were crawling on the walls, and once we turned the lights off, they started crawling on us. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we turned in our room key and left that same night instead of staying. The room was also very unclean when we arrived. Throughout our stay, housekeeping didn’t appear to be cleaning rooms—they were mostly walking around, and we saw employees and owners standing around...

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kozy Hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they had a huge TV! Staff was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious."

"Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning...

Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. "The room was advertised for 5 people. When we got there, there were only 2 beds. I asked the supervisor at the front desk, Gaby, if there were any options. She told me to "just deal with it" and either sleep 3 people on 1 bed or have the kids sleep on the floor. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing."
