"This is a self serve hotel....meaning there is no front desk to check in. You are given a code to open the door of the building and to your room. It felt unsafe because if you are used to having someone on site 24/7 then you will feel a little uneasy. The property was clean and so was the room"

"The valet service is AMAZING! Parks the car, but also loads up all your belongings and takes them to the room for you, unloads, and takes the cart away."

"The TV went out the last night of our stay, no maintenance man on duty and we had to change rooms. A total pain packing, loading up a cart to move our belongings, loading up the fridge and then moving to another room and then unloading our belongings again. Did we get a break on the price for the inconvenience, absolutely not!! Expedia, you’re not worth any money saved, if any!"
