"Clean and a great staff"

"I am really disapointed in this hotel, we stayed there from Thur 4/9-Monday 4/13 and our room was never cleaned. The trash was never taken out. I asked at front desk and was told that guest have to request housekeeping, but this was NEVER specified at, booking or check in. We had to take the trash outside our door along with dirty towels. By Sunday night we were running out of tissue. I thought the Hilton reputation ment decent clean hotels but apparently not. Breakfast: Don't think you can have a morsel after 9AM, the employees stand by at 8:59 to make sure you don't get a crumb after 9:00 am...and breakfast is mostly fake eggs and sausage, but an assortment of cereal, juice,oatmeal, breads etc. The irratating thing is how the employees guard the food! I feel that I am owed some compensation for the discomfort of staying in a dirty room for four days."

"Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated."

"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W."
