"We always stay at the Congress Plaza - it's fairly convenient, the rooms are quiet, the beds comfortable, the restaurants decent. It's about a 7-10 minute walk to the Blue line, but bus stops right at the hotel or across the street. The hotel decor is gorgeous and well-maintained, everything worked, but the water pressure wasn't great and it took a long time to get any hot water."

I had to wait and hour ina half finally figured out someone had it in the pocket the guy had to bring it back up there. I will say even through the chaos. Olivia did everything she could to make it happen and was very positive during the whole situation . I don’t remember the securities name but he was running around doing his best as well . Besides those two it was a rough experience. "
