"I was given the option to pay extra for a Lakeview for the room, which I did the room. I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."

I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. "The location is ideal - cross the street and you are greeted with a large park which looks well maintained. There are plenty of dining options in the area within walking distance. Rideshare or cabs are plentiful. The staff were terrific. From the front desk to the maid service. All were friendly and asked me if there was anything I needed.
