Overall, my stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. However, I did need to request a room change, as my initial room had a very strong cleaning solution odor (similar to bleach) that was difficult to tolerate. After the first night, I shared my concerns and the staff promptly accommodated my request by moving me to a different room, which I appreciated.
In speaking with other guests attending the same conference, one mentioned experiencing a similar issue with odors in their room, which suggests this may be something the hotel should look into more closely.
Additionally, my colleague and I noticed some unusual activity outside the hotel, including cars idling for extended periods and individuals lingering near the entrance in a way that didn’t seem typical of guests or rideshare pickups. This created a sense of unease. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I did question how secure the property is, particularly when there appeared to be individuals in the lobby and entry areas who did not seem to be hotel guests.
