"The staff was very nice but the room was very dirty. Every where you looked it needed cleaned. Ok for a 1 night stay but not more than that."

"Was a great place to stay to travel to Wembley stadium (a walk and a tube away - going in the opposite direction to all the crowds!) We stayed on a very very hot weekend and the apartment was in the sun. They had tried to cool things down with various fans, but was still really warm. Otherwise, was really a great place, really clean and tidy. Can use the restaurant/bar in the holiday inn which is attached. And parking was also available and really reason priced for an overnight stay. Better...

"Booked a room that was advertising AC! Was told the room didnt have AC and a fan will be provided. There was a heatwave in the UK and a fan would not have been useful. False advertising. Double check before booking."

"Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."

"There is a reason why this hotel is rated higher than some four-star hotels. They know service and live it everyday. Their service is so over the top that I said thank you more time in two days than I have any other time in my life. They are a strong amazing team. I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Lovely room and very helpful hosts"

"As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"

"The room was very dusty, no microwave or mini fridges no rubber bath mat inside the bath. The amenities eg swimming pool and gym was fantastic. The restaurant bar was great as well as the breakfast. Front office staff was very helpful ."
