"You get much more than a hotel room for the price. There was a proper kitchen containing fridge, microwave, oven and hob. There was a bath as well as shower. The only downside was no air conditioning and I went in a week that was 29.5 degrees over night. I had a problem with the shower which they fixed. I would definitely stay again."

"The room was okay I found what I was going up the stairs. There was a strange smell in the stairs. The breakfast was just average."

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"Lovely hotel grounds are lovely staff were helpful and polite rooms had all the essentials needed. Hotel was peaceful enjoyed gaving breakfast. Bar was nice good drinks selection. Great location for the warner brothers harry potter studio tour."
