Check-in was super easy and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. There were some issues with the shower (heat/water pressure) and the ice machine on floor 9 (broken) and no complimentary water (although the bartender was VERY nice and filled up my water bottle with ice water). Parking was easy and the location was convenient and great for the price. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The staff was attentive and made me feel welcomed. Room was great. Only thing that was unpleasant was the smell of cigarettes by the elevators, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. It seems that guests go outside to smoke and it seeps in. Perhaps they can use some fans by the doors to push the air out.

If the room was clean , the staff was so sweet especially Fernandine at the reception is a lady from central Africa she was amazing and very professional she loved her very much, she always received us with a beautiful smile I plan to return to DC and I hope to stay there the only thing I did not like is that you have to pay for the parking as it degrades the hotel a lot but the rest perfect .💖
