"I had a great stay at the palms. I stayed for four days for a wedding event that took place in the event center. The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful. The Palms is near Harold Wood station, where you get on the Elizabeth line to take you to Heathrow airport or connect other places in the UK. "Cruising from Tilbury so looking to drive up from Bristol the day before and find a nearby B&B. Found the Campanile on Expedia based on price and distance. Read the reviews and thought "How bad can it be?" Well - not bad at all! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for the night and extremely comfortable bed. Close to dual carriageway but we didn't notice any traffic noise. Evening meal a bit "ready-meal" but a great breakfast and late check-out if you want it. Will definitely stay again...

"This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
