The staff at the check in desk were friendly and approachable. Kitchen was closed for refurbishment but we found nice places nearby to eat from. Our room had a lovely river view. "Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate.
