"From my arrival to my departure, this stay was excellent. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, informative, professional and welcoming. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the receptionist recommended a couple of places to visit. I will definitely use this hotel again"

"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. "Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! "

"Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. "

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."

"Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. "
