Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"When we arrived at 10:15pm reception was unattended even though it said it was open until 11pm, so I rang the mobile number & spoke with a gentlemen who explained how to get into the hotel & into our room. The room itself was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable double bed & a kettle & microwave were also provided.
