"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. "This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

"The hotel stay was fantastic. Its prime location next to Stratford Westfield meant easy access to shops, food and groceries. The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. The lobby was lovely and had a great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Breakfast was overpriced and could have been better."

"Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"Twin room was ‘compact’, bed were actually touching. Comfy beds & nice bathroom with great lighting & mirrors for doing makeup. Breakfast was pretty decent with good choice of hot food, cold food & pastries. Location great for ABBA Voyage, you could walk, hotel ordered us a taxi for £7. Staff are what really make this hotel, every member of staff was delightful and super helpful. "

"Room was okay overall, but the bathroom really let the stay down. The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. The bathroom products also felt quite cheap and left both my hair and skin feeling dry. The hair dryer was very weak, so don’t expect it to do much if you need to dry your hair properly.
