"Because i had a long stay. Breakfast should of been suggested just like i saw the staff insert free breakfast to one of the guest. The cleaning was a bit off. I didn't know the days for cleaning. I had to ask. One of the cleaners was a bit pushy and bossy and needed me out of the room to clean last minute. But aside from that the stay was great. Last thing when i come back i need the same room or something of the very same as (room 350). The size i was originally in was way too small with no...

"Pleasant reception. Nice clean room and easily controlled room temperature. Also nice restaurant attached. Only downside is as VIP members should have been offered a free drink but this did not happen. However everyone staying at hotel got 20%! off the food bill."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"The staff here are amazing! All so friendly and bubbly! After our initial hotel left us concerned for our safety and comfort, we were going to be staying at Moxy Stratford with the tour company that we were touring Europe with so I called them to see if they were able to accommodate us and they were and were so helpful and empathetic! Free wifi, lifts, bar and restaraunt onsite! Definetly recommend getting the breakfast add on! Limited but satisfying breakfast buffet, and the pain au chocolat...

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"The bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable and when sitting on the toilet it had to be done sideways which isn't comfortable. The service was really good, when we requested extra pillows and the fan they happily obliged and allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out which was really helpful l "
