"A wonderful place. Location was wonderful: overlooking the canal, near the Vondelpark and walking distance to museums. Johannes is delightful and took very good care of us while we were there. Lots of extra goodies like Stroopwaffles, espresso and drinks. I would definitely stay again when in Amsterdam!"

"We had a perfect stay at the Met hotel. The rooms were spotless with great amenities, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. It is a bit far out from the city centre, but we actually really enjoyed getting the tram or the metro into the centre each morning - there's a station very close to the hotel. If we come back to Amsterdam we will definitely be returning here :) "

"Fantastic hotel that we have stayed at many times before. Easy to get to from the airport, just a short train journey to Leylelaan and then about a 10 min walk. From the hotel to leidesplein or centraal station it’s a 10-20 mins tram journey. You get the lovely peace and quiet but can still explore Amsterdam and retreat to your hotel for rest at night. Great breakfast options available and the pool is a big plus point. Lovely hotel and 100% would stay there again!"
