"We checked in to our room, discovered no fridge, no coffee maker, had only 2 bath towels no small towels or wash clothes. We asked to upgrade yo a better room, we upgraded and paid the difference, on our last night we came to our room and found out they locked us out. We asked why they said we still owed more money. It was not much about $26. The issue was that the fact they disable our card key was a bad customer experience. They should have talked Titus about it rather than lock us out. I...

"Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower. My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room. We reported the problem to several staff members. "This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport."
