Nancy and Martin were amazing….. because of their hospitality I would definitely recommend and stay here again. There are a lot of stairs but the amazing views made it worth it. I absolutely loved the boutique hotel design concept in a quiet neighbourhood. Made it feel like a great getaway after spending the days in the busy Romantic Zone. I spent most evenings on the balcony enjoying the sea view, nightly sunsets and fireworks. Cannot wait to return.

I like the concept of the Hotel. Unfurtanetly, hotel is still under construction. The room needed some undusting from construction. Bathroom window is not private.

El Hotel es muy bonito, el diseño de las habitaciones e gustó mucho, especialmente el baño. La limpieza es impecable, todo perfectamente limpio y lavado. El personal es muy muy amable y simpáticos. El único que detalle que deben considerar es que el hotel está en una loma, el transporte en el que vayas tendrás que dejarlo una cuadro abajo, y subir una pendiente con piedras y unas escalares, es decir, si vas con niños, adultos mayores, con mucho equipaje, o tienes problemas de rodilla, esta no es una buena opción.

Las habitaciones limpias y todo está nuevo. Solo la alberca muy pequeñita y estaba medio sucia. Y la llegada el carro debe quedarse a una cuadra abajo. Para descanso está bien y cerca del malecón a unas cuadras. Volveria pero con habitación vista al mar.

El hotel en sí, es muy bonito, pero el lugar donde está es pésimo pues debes subir mucho y es pesado si ya vienes cansado de turistear, el servicio por parte del personal terrible, la verdad no volvería a ir.

Quisiera compartir mi experiencia reciente en este hotel. Debo comenzar destacando la excelente atención del personal de recepción, quienes fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento; sin duda, ellos son el punto más fuerte del lugar. Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar algunos aspectos que necesitan atención urgente. Las instalaciones se encuentran en condiciones bastante descuidadas y se nota una falta de mantenimiento general. Además, la limpieza es un tema crítico, tanto en las áreas comunes como en las habitaciones, lo cual afecta la experiencia de estancia. Por otro lado, es importante considerar la ubicación para futuros huéspedes: el hotel está situado en una zona de difícil acceso, ya que el camino es de pura subida, con empedrado y muchos escalones, lo que lo hace bastante complicado si se lleva equipaje o si no se tiene buena movilidad. Espero que estos comentarios sirvan para que el hotel pueda mejorar estos aspectos, ya que con un mantenimiento adecuado y mayor rigor en la limpieza, la experiencia sería muy distinta
