"The room was spacious for 1 person. Very satisfied with the helpful staff. Loved the bathroom and shower room. The blackout curtains helped with my sleep. The closet space was adequate. I was able to put in my clothes with little to no issue. Glad they had a humidifier for me to use. The laundry room was very organized. The hotel was within walking distance of both train stations. The walkways connecting to the buildings was so convenient. Did not have an issue in finding a place to eat inside the building. "

"Every transaction with hotel staff was frictionless. The room is small, but has every amenity. The price is excellent, for the APA location in Osaka is likely one of the best possible for a visitor. The area of the city is rich, riverfront with some foreign embassies, some offices and some residential . Many parks too! It is clean and lively , yet without being crowded. There are many traditional and Italian restaurants around! Museums, convention centre, all walking distance, and if you want to explore Osaka, Metro station right at the hotel entrance too. The hotel provides a laundry machine room, sauna, and has a breakfast restaurant (which is a thing surprisingly hard to find in Osaka; most food places are lunch and dinner only!) I recommend. "
