Amazing location huge accommodation. Does get quite bit people coming and going two restaurants one one second floor and 30th. Rooms quite accommodating. And public bath was real experience and was free for those who stay at hotel.

The general area around the hotel was a bit unkept but this was during silver week, so everyone was under pressure. The room was very clean and very comfortable but the positioning of the hotel between two rail lines. There is a line 50m in one direction and 50m in the other direction, so you are in a rail sandwich, great if you love train, not so great if you are a light sleeper.

Very convenient area close to the subway. Staff were super customer service and went over and above what i would expect. I left my laptop in a cab and staff helped me phone the police department to confirm that the in fact had it before I made my way down to pick it up. All this was in japanese as english is my first language.

Every transaction with hotel staff was frictionless. The room is small, but has every amenity. The price is excellent, for the APA location in Osaka is likely one of the best possible for a visitor. The area of the city is rich, riverfront with some foreign embassies, some offices and some residential . Many parks too! It is clean and lively , yet without being crowded. There are many traditional and Italian restaurants around! Museums, convention centre, all walking distance, and if you want to explore Osaka, Metro station right at the hotel entrance too. The hotel provides a laundry machine room, sauna, and has a breakfast restaurant (which is a thing surprisingly hard to find in Osaka; most food places are lunch and dinner only!) I recommend.
