"Fantastic location if you are.looking to be in the heart of the tourist destination. Hotel is close to the cable cars and all transit lines (BART, MUNI). Heated pool located on site. Attentive hotel staff. Property is a little dated however rooms are incredibly clean. We stayed in a premium king room, very spacious and had a patio. Guest rooms have a mini fridge, coffee maker, safe and use of bathrobes. As it is a downtown property, can get noisy. There is homelessness in the area, however did not experience any type of aggressive panhandling or felt unsafe. If we return to San Francisco, will likely stay again at this property."

"Our check in was awesome with Michael and the rest of the staff were GREAT! I can’t rave enough of the staff. Our room was upgraded (nice)/able to chk early) however, there were broken glass and took the broken pieces to front desk. They were great about it and gave us a comp drinks at their bar. On our last Saturday i caught one of the broken glass in my toe and cleaned it up and didn’t say anything, but was encouraged to let the FD mgr know, reluctantly I did and Royce took VERY GOOD CARE OF US! I would definitely go back there again. "
