"Water was leaking slightly from the bathtub stopper, and the water pressure was weak overall. The hair dryer was not working, so I requested a replacement. The staff were friendly. A very long train passed by even at night."

"Very small rooms and a bit dated. There was no AC so it was a bit warm at night and they give you a little fan but that didn’t do much. There was also a lot of noise from a train outside that went by often and from adjacent showers and doors. The restaurant had decent food and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice being close to Lake Louise but other than that it was definitely not worth the money."

"This is a good property to stay at on Canmore that's a decent value. You check in online and they give you a code for my keypad, which I think is a good idea. You basically don't interact with any staff there, although there's one person at the front all the time. I never interacted with the front desk person, but I didn't have a need to.
