"No problems in arriving at a late time (code to enter the hotel and key for the room were confirmed beforehand). Very good bed. Very calm hotel. Only 5-10 walking minutes to the train station of Horley."

"Liked takeout eating facilities, outdoor seating, good food in restaurant. Room very basic but ok for overnight pre Gatwick flight. Hotel minibus prompt and ready for our 2.30 a.m. airport trip (good price) and staff polite and helpful. Would stay again. Sue and Allen, Pagham"

"After a long drive From Bristol and sorting through things after a bereavement, I found Grand Hotel very welcoming. The Manager Pete was very understanding to our situation. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We were in room 18 overlooking the beach and sea, the amnesties basic, kettle tea coffee etc, bathroom was equally good and clean. I can’t fault this hotel. Easy parking till 10am will be definitely be recommending the Hotel to Family and Friends. "

"Perfect for a quick getaway The staff are amazing the dig are near Sainsbury’s and other shops. Domino pizza on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Beach and old town. Perfect place for a trip to the coast. "

" I had a lovely stay at Senlac Hotel in Hastings. While the building and décor are slightly dated and I had a room with shared bathroom and toilet facilities, everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The shared amenities were always tidy, and I never had to wait to use them. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials. "Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "
