"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

It was smart, clean, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ability to use the covered walkway straight to Departures was an added bonus. "Good place to stay very nice view as we had a lakeside room.disapointed with the restaurant menu pizzas and fried food or microwave food nothing suitable for diabetics. Overall though good value for money good size rooms down fall they allow dogs so there were dog hairs in the room"
