I would definitely stay here again, everything was so smooth from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Love how everything we had plans for was either walkable distance or no more then a 15 min drive. Staff was amazing especially the lady at the front desk.

We stayed at one of the penthouse apartments (PH2) with a family of six. The apartment was very clean, we felt safe at all times, the concierge was also very kind and speedy when we reached out. The front desk employees were also very nice. This apartment is located near plenty of shops, bus stops, and restaurants. It’s exactly like the pictures, I overall had a great experience.

We stayed 9 days in the 3 bedroom and 5 days in the 2 bedroom apt. I would recommend this place and would stay here again!!! Pros: Huge Apts. Good location. We felt safe, they had 24 hr security. Wifi was strong. Fans in every room. The AC in the 3 bed apt was amazingly cool. The soaker pool was perfect. With in walking distance to some restaurants. Beautiful birds fly around and visit the balconies. They let us move to the next apt a bit early and were very fast at responding through WhatsApp. Cons: One of the bedroom bathrooms smelled and we couldn't figure out why in the 3 bed apt. No elevators so carrying the luggage to the 3rd level was a work out. The main pool didn't look clean so opted to not go in and stick to our soaker pool. Eventually we saw someone clean it. There's construction across the street but it wasn't loud enough to bother us.

We had a great stay at Lumina. Concierge Stephanie was very nice and responsible. Need to use whats app to connect with her which is easy but the area doesn’t have reception for data. WiFi works perfect at hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous apartments, excellent ambiance and the comfort of a spacious lux home! The consierge reached out to us before our arrival to book restaurants, transportation and tours. I was unsure about staying in town instead of the beach, but it worked out great as more and more events and parties in Tulum take place at cenotes and other locations close to town. The ability to host friends at a stylish property was wonderful. Great for a romantic getaway and even better for groups.

We had two Apartements with our boys and there girlfriends. Apartment's were really big and super modern, which we liked a lot! BUT… The smell was really bad. It smelled like a wet basement in both of them! We bought scented candles to make it work. We had to hunt for a lot of worms and geckos before we went to bed every night!! Staff were friendly, but didn’t understand English. We had to use google translator. The pool is extremely outdated. My son and his girlfriend got an excema after swimming in it one day. There’s mold build ups in the bathroom corners and our AC in the bedroom was leaking down the floor. You have three locks at the front door, but you wouldn’t have any issues to enter through the terrace door. They are not robust at all! It would be such a nice place and we would’ve definitely come back to this place, if they would take care of the issues we’ve mentioned!

Overall, the apartment was nice architecturally, and the spaces were generous and well designed, but the room smelled mouldy, it was quite strong. When this was mentioned to the host, they did not respond. I also requested a blanket which only arrived 3 days after the request, and multiple reminders. Poor communication overall. The sliding doors at the terrace could not be properly secured which made us a bit uncomfortable. Overall, liked the design and location, but it needs a bit of TLC and more helpful hosts.

This "condo" was excellent for our family of six. Extremely clean and well kept, very cool decor. Upon arrival, which was around 1:30am-ish, the evening guard, Josue, welcomed us, gave us our condo key and gave us a full rundown of the condo and amenities. We have child that requires a very strict diet and at that hour I asked Josue about a place to eat and the type of meal our son requires. I was utterly amazed at how he went above and beyond in trying to locate a restaurant with the type of food our son could eat even at that time of night. I could not thank Josue enough for what he did, as a parent you are forever thankful. Also, we had contact with Rosy prior to our arrival, she responded to my messages almost immediately. She provided a wealth of services available and a great itinerary for our family with four children to go out and explore. Our housekeeping young lady also went above and beyond in coming through when we asked for certain items during our stay. I can't speak enough of all the great folks at Mudra Tulum. P.S. You'll also love the pizza restaurant down the street from them. Sending a tall high five to all and THANK YOU...

Mudra was so welcoming to someone who was taking his first trip to Mexico! Rosy was the absolute best when it came to getting us taxis, giving us amazing places to go see, setting up our covid test, as well as helping us with a shuttle back to the airport! I highly recommend this place! Amazing workout facility as well as pool area! Thank you Mudra !
