"It is an amazing hotel the room the food was all excellent We loved every moment of our stay The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. I have even looked at buying some pillows as they were like sleeping on clouds Well done everyone just one comment remember to tell everyone that they need to use the card to get the lift to start we hadn’t been told and luckily someone told us We did have a laugh though definitely 5 stars"

"Came back after a late delayed flight, room was basic but fine for what we needed. What made the stay was the customer service from the guy at the desk, even though it was super late he still gave 10/10 customer service and made us smile. 100% would stay again when I next fly because of how lovely he was "

"Very easy check in - touch screen and creating your own cards for the room alone. Room was amazing. Very lovely spacious bathroom with nice smelling shampoon and soap. The bar in the hotel was nice. We had some cocktails. "

"A really comfortable stay with all the welcome thoughtful touches needed. A kitchenette with SMEG hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, microwave fridge and everything you need, coffee pods and even proper milk in the fridge!!! Yes not Ghastly UHT! Everything seemed brand new. Super comfy beds and bedding, ultra modern tech for total control of air con and lighting, enough storage, free stable wifi. Even a laundry room! A shop next to the bar for convenience meals etc. This hotel was a really refreshing change from tired old rooms that are all the same - almost certainly designed by someone with extensive experience of hotels for business and pleasure, and someone who knows that the little things matter a lot. We saw loads of cleaning staff who were super polite and appeared far happier than your average cleaners in hotels, taking pride in their work and engaging with guests. The receptionist we first met was super efficient and friendly, bar staff were hard to distinguish from guests as sat using laptops and not uniformed or badged, but helpful when asked if they were staff who could serve us. Overall a great short stay super clean and comfy and close to many restaurants and bars and uni of course but also very quiet! Perfect. "
