Having a culinary degree you would hope that the egss Benedict would have poached eggs, not almost hard boiled and a hollandaise sauce, not a scoop of ????. And cold potatoes too. "

"We enjoyed the brook behind the property, watching the bear, geese and squirrels on the property. It was nice having a wood burning fireplace and kitchenette in the room. The morning breakfast was exceptional! Thank you for offering an area of quiet and relaxation for our time in Gatlinburg."

"Our experience was not so great, we made our reservation 5 month in advance, but we got a very noisy room with no mountain view. Our check in took a long time and then they tried to sell us extra stuff..."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but we thought the air-conditioner might have had mice in it. There was a strong offensive odor coming from it. We told the front desk at check out. We loved that our bed was made daily and we were provided with clean towels and washcloths daily. The balcony river view was great. We used it morning and evening. "

"Room is small: old and dingy. Smells weed in the hallway: night shift staff (I didn’t get his name ) very accommodating but the day shift staff ( a woman) not very welcoming and not friendly "

"The hotel is older but fairly well maintained. The room was somewhat updated but still showed its age. It was clean. The hot tub worked great! Very deep and ample size for 2 adults. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the main strip...and the free trolly stopped right in front of the hotel - but on the opposite side of the street."

"The Mountain View was beautiful!! I loved how everything was a walking distance. Didn’t have to look for parking. We could leave our vehicle at the property and walk to Dowtown. Will definitely becoming coming back!!"

" The check-in staff was neither friendly nor cordial. I had non-smoking rooms but all the smoke from the adjacent rooms seeped into ours making our stay unpleasant. There was so much noise during the night. Also , I found a nicotine mints on the nightstand after the room was “cleaned” on the second day of our stay. This hotel is not family friendly. "

"Room had not been cleaned. The light fixture was hanging loose from the ceiling, hairtie and toys still on the floor from the previous guests, food still in the refrigerator from the previous guest, and worst part was there was no shower curtain. I’ve been waiting a week for the manager to contact me to try to make this right. Previously, we have stayed here every time we came to Gatlinburg. It’s been the highlight of my son‘s summer. "Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."
