"Overall everything was great. The beds were a bit overused, as there was a bit of a dip in the mattress, but not too bad. I enjoyed my stay, and will return next time I get by that way."

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk girls were very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff were not very friendly. Food was meh at best."

"Just a basic hotel. Nothing super nice besides the fact it’s out of Gatlinburg and easy to walk into town. Right on a busy road that’s very loud. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything car like your right on the road and hear your room neighbors tv at 2 in the morning. The parking is horrible and confusing and very dangerous to drive. Very little space to actually drive. Would recommend that the hotel do something about the thin walls, and horrible parking. Only has 1 elevator that is in its last legs. The whole hotel needs to be renovated."

"Exceptional service, perfect check in with Millie. Ambience & surrounding great. Easy access to the town shops and Restaurants. Their Cafe is ideal, "Joe's Merchant". Good breakfasts and drinks options, from Cafe, juices, Fraps, Ice coffees... Amenities are good and well maintained Room was great, clean perfect view! Very Happy Margaritaville Fans!!!"
