"The coral reef is full of tropical fish and one of the best snorkel areas. The food and staff are so attentive and courteous. Elias at the beach was excellent and Hugo at the evening taco restaurant was great. Jose at the breakfast buffet was great and remembered us from 3 years ago. The Mexico World Cup watch party was awesome. Gran fiesta is an older hotel but is the most up-kept hotels I have visited. We came three years ago and so many upgrades were noted. Would definitely come again."

However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. "It's a nice resort rooms are little bit out dated the furnitures were really old. The best part was the kids club my son really enjoyed it. The staffs were really nice and they do lots of fun activities with the kids. Andy at the kids club was really nice and went out of her way to make sure my son had great time. Over all it's a nice place. I just wish there was more restaurants option. Total 4 places for dinner every night they keep one close and one them is only adult so you only have 2...

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There is five pools two Jacuzzi’s really clean Jacuzzi. You have a nice view to the beach recommendation if you wanna go out rent a car directly from the rental place if not, they will try to charge you an extra charge for the insurance."
