"The location and property were outstanding. Built into the cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, our room had a beautiful balcony with a full view of the water. As it was the beginning of February, the whales were spouting and breaching 24/7 and they could be seen from almost everywhere on the property. "Room was wonderful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view from the oceanfront penthouse. Saw whales from the room every day. Beach was awesome, swimable every day we were there for 9 days. The snorkeling was very good right at the resort. Brought our paddle boards and paddled right from the resort with the whales. "Our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana was wonderful! The staff is exceptional. Our Villa was as far away from the main hotel but this was not a problem. You can request a ride or walk it in minutes. The pools are clean and inviting. The beach was great and snorkeling was awesome. Would recommend some water shoes as the sand is coarse and can hurt your feet after a while. The food and drink options were really good. We would definitely go back! "

"This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway.
